Thank you for considering Niseko Chef for your corporate chef needs. Below are some private chef policies that you should be aware of before placing an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email or chat.

Reservation Procedures

Set up

Unless otherwise specified, the normal set-up for a private chef event with the services of a concierge and chef includes linen, napkins, crockery, cutlery, utensils and other basic supplies for the meal service.

Special Services

At Niseko Chef, we are dedicated to celebrating special occasions.
To enhance the overall look of your event, our concierge can arrange flowers, balloons, special linen, candles, tables, chairs and other decorations.

Additional charges will apply and will be included in the quotation.

Rentals from outside suppliers (tables, chairs, linens, tents, etc.) may be subject to additional delivery charges and restrictions. Please enquire.

Special Dietary Needs

We strive to meet the needs of guests with special dietary requirements, such as vegans, vegetarians and those with food allergies or intolerances.

We can advise you on booking events and menu choices to suit your guests. In most cases, food allergies and intolerances can be accommodated.

No allergens are listed for private chef events. With advance notice, Niseko Chef can usually accommodate guests who need to avoid the most common food allergens and gluten.

Niseko Chef strives to properly train its staff.

However, ingredients and nutritional information may vary.

Manufacturers may change product formulas or ingredient consistency

without our knowledge, and product availability may vary.

While we make every effort to identify ingredients, we cannot guarantee against these contingencies. Therefore, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine whether or not to question ingredients or to eat selected foods.

If you have any questions regarding food ingredients,

please contact us at the time of your reservation.

All foods are prepared in the facility's cooking environment and may be accidentally contaminated with foods to which you may have an allergy or intolerance. For this reason, carry your regular medication and EpiPen with you.
