At Niseko Chefs, we offer private chef/dedicated chef services.
During your stay in Niseko, a dedicated chef will cook exclusively for you. Orders are completely up to your preference.
Simply let us know what you'd like to eat, and our chef will propose a selection of menus for you.
We can prepare anything to match your tastes, from traditional Japanese cuisine and local specialties from various regions of Japan to Western dishes with a Japanese twist.
Your assigned chef will also handle all the shopping and sourcing of ingredients.
The ability to provide ingredients like Wagyu beef and seafood such as sea urchin, which are hard to find in general markets, is a unique benefit of our dedicated chef service.
If your party is large, it's also possible to arrange additional staff.
We can accommodate a variety of requests, whether it's a difficult time to make restaurant reservations or you simply want to relax as much as possible during your stay.
