An omakase course featuring the globally popular A5 grade Wagyu beef. This premier course combines the highest quality Wagyu with luxurious ingredients such as sea urchin, salmon roe, and caviar to offer a unique and innovative Japanese dining experience. The course includes nine dishes, ensuring satisfaction not only with the Wagyu but also with dishes made from fresh vegetables and crab. The Wagyu sushi, in particular, can only be offered because of the freshness and high quality of the Wagyu used. Toward the end of the course, you'll be surprised by a shabu-shabu made with a large piece of Wagyu. Niseko Chefs is the only place in Niseko where you can enjoy such Wagyu. Additionally, you can enhance this ultimate dining experience with your choice of wine or sake. - Price per person: 38,000 yen (plus 10% consumption tax) - For those who do not prefer beef, we can prepare dishes using other types of meat. - Vegetarian and vegan courses are also available for 20,000 yen per person (plus 10% consumption tax).
