Having accumulated experience in Kyoto's traditional cuisine and
later producing numerous restaurants in Tokyo,
I have now made Niseko my winter base and
Singapore my summer base, providing private dining services.
With a focus on creating approachable food for people of diverse cultures,
I am committed to daily improvement.
